After the closure of Margarinefabrik Dania in 1938, margarine master Ejnar Eriksen started his own business under the name Skive Margarinefabrik.
Ejnar Eriksen had been margarine master at “Dania” until it closed in 1938. After the closure, he opened his own margarine factory in rented premises in Adelgade 14. He had 2 men with him from Dania and also employed a young man at the opening.
He had purchased a new machine that could produce 120 kg of margarine per hour. He produced 2 qualities of margarine.
