Peter “Klap” Hansen was a grocer or grocer in Olesens Gård Østergade 2 in Skive.
Peter Klap was born at Nybro Kro, Kvols parish. In 1922 he moved to Skive and after a few years in the city, he managed to rent Olesen’s farm where he opened Peter Hansens Kolonialforretning. He ran the business until 1947, when the store closed in connection with the demolition of Olesen’s farm.
The family themselves lived in the building that housed Topps pastry shop.
Peter Klap was married to Anna Hansen with whom he had three children Elsebeth, Ib and Hans.
