He married Karen Dorothea Sørine Petra Gormsen from Assens on Funen, on June 1
1890.
He was born Hansen, but changed his name to Hadrup on July 14, 1893.
Together with Knud Sehested Nielsen’s he ran a photo studio in Næstved, under the name
“Hadrup & Sehested”. This was the company name under which Knud Sehested Nielsen
01.12.1891 to 30.4.1893 ran the studio taken over after Hadrup Ringstedgade 6,
Næstved.
He was a member of the Danish Photographic Association from Sept. 1891. Citizenship as a photographer
in Aarhus 5.7.1892, and trained with photographer Gunnar Mogensen in Silkeborg.

The son-in-law C. Hadrup (Carl Jensen), had a studio in Nørregade 30, Skive, under the name
photographer Jensen. In Skive Folkeblad, on June 22, 1907, a notice was published stating
that Photographer Jensen had received permission to use the name Hadrup.
