Skive College was established in 2017, when the two Skive schools Skive Handelsskole and Skive Tekniske Skole merged. The organization offers both an HHX and an HTX education. The purpose was to create a larger organization that could offer more educational opportunities in Skive.
Skive College celebrated its 150th birthday (from the start of Skive Tekniske Skole) in 2021 with the release of a video about the school’s history.
In addition to the two old institutions at the old addresses in Egeris, the school also runs a dormitory.
