Harre Vig Golf Course is an 18-hole golf course located at Harre Vig in Salling west of Roslev. The golf course was created by local wish and with political support from Sallingsund’s mayor Erik Krogh Kristensen. In 1993, the Sallingsund Development Company was formed by local companies and financial institutions. In 1995, a plot of land at Harre Vig was purchased and construction of the golf course could begin.
In August 1997, the course was officially inaugurated.
According to plan, Harre Vig Golf Club took over the land and the loan from Sallingsund Development Company in 2011, after which Sallingsund Development Company was dissolved.
The golf course was designed by course architect (and former municipal director in Ringkøbing Municipality) and Henrik J. Jacobsen.
