He had a studio in Frederiksgade 13 (Købmand Mehlsen Jensen’s property),
on the corner of Asylgade and Frederiksgade, directly opposite Højskolehjemmet
in Asylgade.

He married Jensine Christine Marie Christoffersen on August 17
1913, in København. She was born on 9 June 1885, in Sebber, Slet, Ålborg and
they were the parents of at least 3 sons. Besides the period from about 1892-1897,
they would have lived in Skivehus in Skive, Denmark in 1901 (no information can be
information about this, and have also been living in Vinderup,
as it is printed on a photo that the archive has.
Later he moves to Zealand / Copenhagen, where he seems to have
lived in Tårnby Villaby near Kastrup St. and Turesensgade 5, Copenhagen K.
It is also in Copenhagen that he dies, July 14, 1952, in Sokkelund, at the age of
of 81 years, and he was also buried in Sokkelund, Copenhagen.
Kjeldsen was mentioned in the Report from the Danish Photographic Association in October 1897,
as one of the photographers who signed the contract for the apprenticeship program.
